Carlo Ancelotti seems to have had enough from Fernando Torres after hinting that he might drop the Spaniard for the clash against København tonight.
Fernando Torres has failed to score a single goal since his big-money move from Liverpool last January. While Ancelotti is known to rotate his squad well, he has been forced to play Torres since he arrived- in order to provide him with more chances to get his first Chelsea goal.

However, Ancelotti seems to have run out of patience with the Spaniard and he even hinted that Torres will most probably be rested ahead of the match against København.

Ancelotti said: "Maybe Fernando will have a rest. I want to rotate my team and with everyone fit I will use all the players to prepare for this game and for Manchester City. Torres has played well for the team. The only problem is that he is a new player for us and he has to know our kind of play better."

Chelsea have a 2-0 lead from the first leg and look set to breeze through the Danish side. And with the possibility of facing Barcelona in the next round looming, Ancelotti has boldly insisted that their 'superior strength and power' will be enough to defeat the silky Catalans.

"Barcelona now are the best team in Europe,'' said Ancelotti. "The performances of Barcelona at this moment are fantastic, but every game is a different story. If we have to play them, we have to try to find a solution to beat them.''

However, he was also quick to reiterate that a tie against Barcelona is not a foregone conclusion yet as they would still have to see off the hardworking Danes.

"We have to pay attention,'' he said. "Kobenhavn are a good team with good organization.''
