With all the world looking at Neymar's possible move back to the Camp Nou, the Blaugrana side is plotting how to see Griezmann in their colors for the first time ever.

Antoine Griezmann's transfer to Barcelona seems to be a matter of days (if not hours), and Los Blaugranas know that some of their supporters are still undecided about the French striker's arrival. With that in mind, the Catalan club is ready to exercise some interesting measures to assure that the player's unveiling goes on without any problems.

Taking advantage of the current revamp of Camp Nou's pitch, the Blaugrana side has decided to hold Griezmann's press conference behind closed doors, with only members of the media being able to attend the ceremony.

Since he is considered to be a marquee signing, Griezmann was expected to have his first meeting with Barcelona fans during his unveiling ceremony, but since the player snubbed the club last year, the Blaugrana hierarchy determined that it would be in their best interest to delay that first contact for a bit.

Another option to unveil Griezmann as a Barcelona player would have been the Mini Estadi, located near Camp Nou Stadium. That option has been dismissed since the venue is currently hosting the Cirque du Soleil show based on Lionel Messi.

Both "setbacks" have given Barcelona a chance to think about their moves regarding Griezmann. Furthermore, it will also give the club an opportunity to keep things with their fans at rest, following the controversy created by fans that attended Frenkie de Jong's unveiling, where a bunch of supporters asked for president Josep Maria Bartomeu's resignation.

As of now, according to a report by Marca, Griezmann's first contact with the Blaugrana supporters will take place on August 4, the date set for the Joan Gamper Trophy to be played.
