Classic Zlatan!

One thing is for certain: Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not a man known for being humble. The Swedish icon proved that this modesty is not his thing with his choice for his dream XI.

The 37-year-old took to social media to share with the entire world his pick for the perfect starting eleven. The former Man United man has played alongside some of the greatest names in world football, including the likes of Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Beckham, and Zanetti, just to name a few.

Furthermore, this list was not a dream XI of former team-mates, meaning the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane could have made the cut. However, none of the aforementioned legends were selected.

In typical Zlatan fashion, Ibrahimovic named himself in all eleven positions on the pitch, including goal. The only role up for grabs was the managerial position and the iconic forward joked that he would likely take up that position as well.

Of course, the Swede has the numbers to back up his unrivaled ego. The attacker has scored a whopping 438 goals and assisted another 170 in an illustrious career that has seen him play 725 games for the likes of Ajax, Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona, AC Milan, PSG, and Man United.

He might be three years shy of the big four-oh, he still racks up goals for fun. He currently plies his trade at LA Galaxy, having joined them from the Red Devils in March 2018. He has netted 13 times so far this season in Major League Soccer, taking his tally to 35 goals for his current employers in 42 games.
