The Premier League outfit is looking for the best deal possible with its star midfielder on the verge of exiting the club this summer.

Premier League outfit Manchester United is reportedly ready to rebuff Real Madrid's player plus cash offer for Paul Pogba. Instead, the Red Devils might consider a staggering 120 million pound bid being prepared by the Frenchman's former club Juventus.

The 26-year-old midfielder has been tipped for a move away from Old Trafford and recent comments by his agent, Mino Raiola, has affirmed that it is only a matter of time until he completes his departure from the English Premiership. Regarding the World Cup winner's preferred destination, it would most likely boil down to who wants him the most between Real Madrid and Juventus.

With Pogba believed to be valued in the excess of 150 million pounds by Manchester United, both clubs are believed to be adamant to outrightly pay the said amount. As per Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, Real Madrid is willing to offer £72 million and either Gareth Bale or Isco in exchange for French star. Los Blancos is expected to submit its first formal offer in the coming days but it is expected to be thrown out the window by the Red Devils.

Although the midfielder remains a priority signing for Zinedine Zidane, Juventus is expected to pounce of the French manager's side's reluctance and swiftly complete the transfer for its former player. According to The Times on Saturday, Juventus are ready to offer Man United 120 million pounds for midfielder, a fee which will see the Red Devils make a meagre profit while recouping the amount spent to reacquire their former academy prodigy in 2016.

Paul Pogba remains the only player yet to return to the Old Trafford outfit for the preseason training camp having been given the authorization to go on a PR tour with Adidas in Japan. It still remains unclear whether the midfielder will return at all although he remains crucial to the plans of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ahead of the 2019/2020 season.
