As two of the most dynamic football teams in the world take on each other tonight, the whole world will be focusing on the build up to what seems like a gigantic clash at the Nou Camp
Champions League football is a dream come true for every footballer that experiences it. But tonight in Nou Camp, we will all be witnessing something like a pinnacle of European Football. It’s time for an ultimate clash between Arsenal and Barcelona at nowhere else but the empire of the Catalans faithful, The Nou Camp.

While it might not be the Champions League final, nobody would dare to even deny the fact that this match will see two teams that play the best brand of attacking football being put against each other. Nevertheless, in games like this, ONE magical moment could very well determine the whole outcome.

Therefore as we build up to a match being billed as the 'Blockbuster Of The Year' in football, Live Soccer TV presents you a brief look at the five key battles that could determine the most important thing at the end of the day- the results.

SAMIR NASRI VS MAXWELL

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Walcott will miss the clash because of an injury and Nasri is expected to take his role on the right hand side, with Arshavin on the left. The Frenchman has been Arsenal best player this season with some dazzling displays and most importantly, consistent performances.

Puyol and Pique have both been ruled out due to injury and suspension respectively and Abidal is expected to start at centre back. Consequently, Maxwell will take the left-back position.

Since signing from Inter Milan two years ago, Maxwell has not really performed up to the expectation and with an on fire Nasri set to attack him; Maxwell will have to be at his level best to prevent the Frenchman from causing troubles for the Barcelona defence.

CESC FABREGAS VS JAVIER MASCHERANO

According to Arsene Wenger, his talismanic captain is almost certain to start this game. Meanwhile, Guardiola could partner Busquets and Abidal at the centre of defence with Mascherano taking over at midfield.

We all know how dangerous and mobile Barcelona's midfield is normally when it comes to attack with Xavi and Iniesta pulling the strings up front. But Busquets has always added that sense of stability to that midfield, which Mascherano will need to do tonight.

The Argentinean hasn't been a regular fixture in the Catalans line-up but he will have a huge task on his hand - stopping Fabregas. His performances tonight could be absolutely crucial to Barcelona's hopes of progressing into the next round.

PEDRO VS GAEL CLICHY

The young Spaniard has already established himself in the Barcelona team and some people even regard him as Barcelona's most dangerous man after Lionel Messi. Clichy has been consistent in that left back position and his form tonight will be important.

Pedro has the ability to run down the wings as well as even cutting inside the penalty box. Either of them will be dangerous so Clichy will have to use his pace to shut down Pedro.

NICKLAS BENDTNER VS ERIC ABIDAL /SERGIO BUSQUETS

Much to the surprise of fans worldwide, Robin Van Persie was included in the squad to face Barcelona after reportedly suffering from a hamstring injury picked up during Arsenal's Carling Cup final defeat to Birmingham.

However, he is expected to start on the bench with Bendtner getting the nod up front. Nicklas Bendtner did score at the Nou Camp in last season's Champions League Quarter-final tie which Arsenal eventually lost 4-1. But Bendtner will definitely be a threat for Barcelona's depleted defence.

The Danish striker recently grabbed a hat-rick against Leyton Orient in the FA Cup and he will definitely be looking to add to his goal tally here. Abidal and Busquets will have to be strong and smart enough to stop this tricky Arsenal striker while Bendter will be looking to use his upper body strength to muscle his way through the Barca defence. Watch out for this battle.

LIONEL MESSI VS ARSENAL DEFENCE

We couldn't determine which defender Messi will face off with because he will be everywhere on the field. Guardiola has played Messi in many positions for specific games that has done them the trick. This will definitely be one for Arsenal to be worried of.

The Argentinean single-handedly knocked out the Gunners last season and Mascherano has already warned Arsenal to not write off another dominating performance. Messi was lively in the first half at the Emirates and did display some of his moves that caught the Arsenal defence by surprise. Barcelona will certainly be looking to him for that spark of MAGIC that could eventually win them the game.
