The Belgian ace was crucial for the Blues' 4-1 win over Arsenal in the tournament's final held in Baku.

Eden Hazard has spent the last seven years at Chelsea, and apparently, he seems ready to turn the page.

The Belgian had a massive influence in the outcome of the game between Chelsea and Arsenal, scoring two goals and handing out one assist for the Blues' Europa League triumph.
