Thursday was an excellent night for Arsenal. After winning 3-1 in their first-leg tie against Valencia in the Europa League semi-finals, the Gunners went on to book their ticket to the final.

After seeing the likes of Liverpool and Tottenham pull off stunning comebacks in the Champions League, Valencia was ready to follow suit. The Spanish outfit even sent out a tweet hinting at that ahead of the return leg.

Posting a picture of Lena Headey, the actress who plays Cersei I Lannister in the immensely popular Game of Thrones series, the Liga outfit used a recent quote by her character in the show to plant fear in the hearts of the Gunners.

However, things did not go according to plan for Marcelino's side. Despite taking an early lead, Aubameyang equalized for the visitor later in the first half. The home side never saw the lead again, eventually losing 4-2 -- 7-3 on aggregate.

The north London giant did not let the opportunity to get back at Valencia pass by. Using a more famous quote from the Game of Thrones TV show, the English giant poked fun at their opposition's overconfidence ahead of the second leg.
