León, Tigres, Monterrey, and Cruz Azul are the top four teams, which will give them the advantage of hosting the second leg of their respective ties.

The regular season of the 2019 Clausura tournament in the Mexican top flight has come to an end. Now, the eight best teams will battle each other for the title in the tournament's playoffs.

Tijuana became the last team to make the cut on Saturday night. Their 4-0 win against Puebla ended Los Camoteros' playoff hopes, and earned them a spot among the best teams in the competition after quite a while. The biggest leap in the standings saw defending champion América climb from seventh to fifth place, and now, Miguel Herrera's men will lock horns once more against Cruz Azul.

This is how the standings look like once the regular season came to an end.

Earlier today, Liga MX officers confirmed all times and dates for each quarterfinal fixture. León and Tigres decided to play their ties on Wednesday (first leg, away) and Saturday (second leg, at home).
