Who are the key players to watch for Cameroon at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup?

At last year's Africa Women's Cup of Nations held in Ghana, Cameroon dominated the Team of the Tournament list despite finishing with a bronze medal. The Indomitable Lionesses had four representations in the persons of Aboudi Onguene, Yvonne Ndoumbouk, Raissa Feudjio and Tcheno.

For Onguene, it was nothing out of the ordinary as she ended the 2016 Africa Women Cup of Nations with top honors, having been adjudged the tournament's best player. Ahead of the summer's competition in France, Cameroon will rely on its stalwart who contributed two goals to the campaign in Ghana in 2018.

For the players to watch at France 2019, skipper of the side Christine Manie also deserves an honorable mention as her experience will prove to be invaluable for the Indomitable Lionesses who share the same group as Canada, New Zealand and the Netherlands.

Who is Cameroon coach?

Ngachu Enow is the current head coach of the Cameroon women's national team. He was appointed coach of the 2003 and won his first silverware – a silver medal – at the 2004 African Championship.
