Quick-fire!

Liverpool's Premier League clash with Chelsea on Sunday was brought into life after the Reds struck twice in two minutes in the second half of the epic encounter.

Fans were made to witness a rather drab first half in what was Jurgen Klopp's 200th Premier League game in charge despite the game showing glimpses of becoming a spectacle in its early stages. And, somewhat fortuitously, it was Liverpool who drew first blood to inject life into the match up.

It was none other than the in-form Sadio Mane who grabbed the opener for the Reds by getting on the end of a cross by Jordan Henderson in the 51st minute. Two minutes later, Mohamed Salah was also called into action to net his second successive Premier League goal following a lengthy drought.

The Egyptian forward launched a stunning effort from 25 yards into the top corner, leaving Chelsea's Kepa absolutely no chance to attempt a save. Relatively, Chelsea almost hit back moments later although Eden Hazard saw his goal-bound effort rattle the post.
