Last year, Ernesto Valverde was slammed for playing almost the same squad in every game. Some experts said that his choices saw Los Blaugranas burn out before the crucial tie against Roma, and that he should be blamed for the team's elimination from the UEFA Champions League.

Well, the Spanish tactician seems to have learned from his mistakes, as he decided to leave most of his top footballers out of the clash against Huesca. Fans that were expecting to see Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Sergio Busquets or Gerard Piqué live will have to wait a bit more time, since Barcelona's squad does not include any of the aforementioned names.
