He basically took a stroll through West Ham's defense!

He may or may not be playing his last season for Chelsea with rumors of an imminent move to Real Madrid refusing to go away but Eden Hazard, once again, proved why he has been one of the most sought after players in the world for some time now.

The 28-year-old Belgian playmaker produced a moment of magic in the Blues' Monday night league clash against West Ham by scoring a superb solo goal before the half-time break. The Chelsea No. 10's 'Goal of The Season' contender was registered after he picked the ball off Loftus-Cheek, 40 yards away from goal and initiated one of his trademark marauding runs.

The attacker then went past the Hammers' Declan Rice before beating a few more opposition players with the ball closely glued to his feet. He subsequently brushed off another challenge before slotting the ball into the bottom corner past a stationary Lukas Fabianski for the game's opener.

To most Chelsea fans, Eden Hazard's feat could have been momentarily nostalgic as he scored one in the same manner in the 2-1 win over Liverpool earlier this season. The Belgian forward and his teammates will go head to head with the Reds on Sunday in a clash that could have a huge bearing on the league title and the top-four race.
