Chelsea easily brushed aside Dynamo Kiev in their Europa League mid-week tie, with the Eastern European unit being no match as Maurizio Sarri's men cruised to a 5-0 win on the night with Olivier Giroud scoring a hat-trick. Having secured their spot in the quarter-finals after a 8-0 aggregate win, where they will be relieved to have avoided Arsenal as well as Serie A's Napoli and instead got a seemingly more comfortable draw in yet another Eastern European side, Slavia Praha, Chelsea will now turn their attention back towards trying to force their way back into the top four, but they face stern competition from both Arsenal and Manchester United.

That being said, they are out of the FA Cup, and with the Gunners and the Red Devils' matches both postponed, a victory for Chelsea would knock both sides out of the top four. Still, this game could be a tricky one as the reverse fixture saw the Blues held to a very frustrating scoreless draw, and Everton will be looking to get back on track after they ended up losing 3-2 to Newcastle in their last fixture.

With just one win in their last five Premier League games, and winless in their last six meetings with Chelsea, the visitors will be determined to grind out at least a point in front of their home support. At this juncture, Everton aren't in danger of relegation, and they are not in contention for European football, either. They are pretty much just plodding along, trying to move as close to a top half of the table finish without frustrating the fans too much and trying to finish out the season as high in the table as possible - but will they end their frustrating winless streak against Chelsea?

Chelsea will be looking to make amends domestically after their disappointing 1-1 draw with Wolves, which will feel more like two points dropped more than a point gained. Can they use their strong showing in the Europa League to give them an added push as they head to Goodison Park?
