The Portuguese ace extended his dominance over Los Colchoneros with his three goals today.

Two headers and a penalty kick were enough for Cristiano Ronaldo to confirm himself as Atlético's worst nightmare in the UEFA Champions League.

The Portuguese ace destroyed Atlético's hopes of playing the tournament's final at the Wanda Metropolitano with today's hat-trick, whilst also ending a hoodoo for the bianconeri against the Spanish side. 

Ever since Diego Simeone's appointment as Atlético boss, Juventus had not been able to score a goal against the Spanish capital side. Today, Cristiano Ronaldo ended that three-game streak with a stellar performance, with a little bit of help from the goal-line technology and a massive display by Bernardeschi.

The former Real Madrid striker elevated his goalscoring tally against Los Colchoneros to 25 goals. He has only scored more goals against Sevilla (27).

But that's not all that Cristiano accomplished today with his hat-trick against Los Colchoneros. This is the fourth time he has scored three goals in a single match against the Spanish side, three of those against Jan Oblak, according to stats' specialist Mister Chip.
