Manchester United made a huge statement of intent in Wednesday night's UEFA Champions League Round of 16 clash with Paris Saint-Germain by drawing first blood in the opening two minutes. Approaching the encounter on the back of a 2-0 home defeat, the Red Devils had a mammoth task ahead in their bid to secure a historic win at Parc des Prince.

Nonetheless, Paris Saint-Germain up the ante after conceding with great movement and passing. With Manchester United unable to contain the threat of the host, Juan Bernat finished off a pass across goal from Kylian Mbappe to secure the equalizer for French outfit in the 13th minute.
With 15 minutes of the first half left to play, Romelu Lukaku restored the lead with yet again, taking his tally in the last three games to six. The feat also meant that for the first time in the Belgian attacker's career, he has scored multiple goals in three successive appearances.
