The Brazilian ace's interview with Globo keeps making waves, especially when the footballer looks back at his antics during the global competition.

So, did Neymar care about all the criticism he faced during and after the FIFA World Cup?

His answer to Globo TV on this matter leaves no doubt, as the Brazilian footballer admitted that he had to analyze his performances for A Canarinha in detail to see if there was any truth to those who mocked hios exaggerated dives in Brazil's five games in the tournament.

The player, who became a worldwide trending topic due to the #NeymarChallenge , shared how he made ammends with himself after watching him perform for the South American side in the global tournament.

"I started to see all of my pieces of play in the World Cup and I thought 'could it be that I am really diving?' Neymar stated at one point of the interview.

The world's most expensive player named the possible reasons for him to be charged with diving by everyone, even though he did not admit that he overreacted when some of his opponents fouled him during the tournament.

"I think there was an exaggerated blame placed on me. But I knew to expect that, as it's always been like this in the course of my career, no? I know that when Brazil loses, most of the weight will fall on my back," the player added.

The player also discussed the rumors that link him with a move to Real Madrid, and while being coy about it, he did not hesitate in answering how happy he is with Les Parisiens.

"I feel happy in Paris, I am very well here...but in the future, nobody knows. It is obvious that Real Madrid are a great team, one of the best in the world, I have great respect for them but, today, I see myself in Paris," the footballer concluded.
