The Gunners will start their partnership with Adidas after quite a few years with Puma. The first 'online polls' show massive approval for both kits.

Arsenal fans wanted their new kit sponsor to go retro? Well, the first "drafts" are in, and the team's supporters can't get enough of them already.

Earlier today, both kit designs by the club's new sponsor got leaked online. The Gunners landed the second most lucrative deal for an English club (behind Manchester United) when they signed with German manufacturer Adidas. Arsenal is expected to earn over $77M for the next five seasons after putting pen to paper to a $385M contract with the German brand.

Both designs are inspired by those Arsenal wore with the German brand back in the 1980s. The home kit will have Arsenal players wearing the traditional red and white colors, with an elegant pattern clearly visible on the jersey's body.

The away kit will bring back the yellow and blue colors to the team's jersey. The design is quite similar to the one the team used during their 1989 title run.

The brand is yet to comment on these designs, but fans have already shared their enthusiasm over buying either one of these kits.
