Liverpool vs Bournemouth, Bayern Munich vs Schalke, Tottenham vs Leicester, and Athletic Club vs Barcelona are our other picks for the weekend.

Saturday's showdowns

Liverpool vs Bournemouth

Catch this game at 10:00 ET/15:00 GMT on NBC Sports, SiriusXM FC, and UNIVERSO; Sportsnet in Canada; and Optus Sport in Australia. After being held to back-to-back draws in the Premier League, Liverpool no longer sits on top of the standings. They trail Man City on goal difference but has a game in hand over the Citizens. Next up for them is Bournemouth and Klopp knows his men must return to winning ways or will face another title slip-up.

Atletico vs Real Madrid

Watch this game at 10:15 ET/15:15 GMT on beIN Sports in the USA; Eleven Sports 1 UK in the United Kingdom; DAZN and beIN Sports in Canada; Kayo Sports and beIN Sports in Australia; and beIN Sports and Movistar+ in Spain.

This will be a crucial Madrid Derby for both sides. Both sides will be keen on remaining within reach of Barcelona but one side will likely lose ground. Atletico Madrid is the closer of the two, as they sit two points above Real Madrid and six behind Messi and Co. However, their second spot could be snatched away by Solari's men should they lose.

Los Blancos, on the other hand, have begun a tricky spell in which they will face Ajax and Barcelona twice in succession after this Wanda Metropolitano trip. The Champions League holder hasn't lost an away league game since November 24 and will give everything to keep that run intact.

Bayern Munich vs Schalke

Kick-off for this game is at 12:30 ET/17:30 GMT and it will be aired on Fox Sports in the USA; BT Sport in the UK; Sportsnet in Canada; Kayo Sports and beIN Sports in Australia; and Sky Sport in Germany.

After their 3-1 loss to Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern Munich has now dropped to third in the German top-flight. Goal difference has them trailing Monchengladbach but a gap could emerge should Kovac's side fail to beat Schalke. Don't miss this encounter.

Super Sunday

Tottenham vs Leicester

This game is scheduled at 08:30 ET/13:30 GMT on NBC Sports, SiriusXM FC, and Telemundo in the USA; Sky Sports and BBC Radio in the UK; TSN and RDS in Canada; and Optus Sport in Australia. After back-to-back exits in the Carabao Cup and FA Cup, Tottenham has gotten their form back on track, winning their last two league games. Next up is a home clash with Leicester which promises to be a tricky one.

Man City vs Chelsea

Catch this game at 11:00 ET/16:00 GMT on NBC Sports, Telemundo, and SiriusXM FC in the USA; BBC Radio and Sky Sports in the UK; Sportsnet in Canada; and Optus Sport in Australia.

Straight after marching into the lead in the Premier League, Man City takes on Chelsea in a highly-anticipated top-four clash. For the Citizens, anything but a win at home will be disappointing given that they have played one extra game than Liverpool. Sarri's men were the ones who ended the defending champion's unbeaten start and will thus be eager for revenge.

Guardiola has concerns in defense for this game

The Blues, on the other hand, could drop out of the top four should they lose at the Etihad. Man United, who faces Fulham, could leapfrog them and Arsenal could move level on points. This should thus make for an interesting showdown.

Athletic Bilbao vs Barcelona

Kick-off for this game is at 14:45 ET/19:45 GMT and it will be aired on beIN Sports and Radio Barca in the USA; Eleven Sports 1 UK in the United Kingdom; DAZN, beIN Sports, and Radio Barca in Canada; beIN Sports, Kayo Sports, and Radio Barca in Australia; and Movistar.

Barcelona has drawn their last two home games, one against Valencia in the league and the other against Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey. However, with second and third in the league facing off in Saturday's Madrid Derby, Messi and Co can increase their lead over one of their two closest rivals. A win is a must.
