The Brazilian attacker has responded to the rumors surrounding his future.

Chelsea winger Willian has reacted to transfer speculations which suggest that he may close to completing a move to Barcelona. The 30-year-old insists that his future lies nowhere other than the London club.

Multiple reports which emerged this week claimed that Barcelona looks keen to bring the Brazilian to Camp Nou. In an attempt to do so, the Blaugrana submitted an offer of 50 million pounds plus summer signing Malcom but had the bid rejected by Chelsea. Ernesto Valverde side is reportedly lining up a second bid which the Blues are expected to decline as they do not seek to part ways with the winger.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future, Willian was featured in Saturday's Premier League home game against Newcastle. The former Shakhtar and Anzhi star grabbed the match winner for his side in the second-half after Ciaran Clark had canceled out Pedro's ninth-minute strike.

Asked by Sky Sport as to where his future lied after the game, Willian said: "My future is here at Chelsea, I don't know what you are talking about!

"I don't read the newspapers," Willian added in response to a follow-up question about specific newspaper stories which hinted at his exit.

Prior to the weekend's encounter with Newcastle, Chelsea's head coach Maurizio Sarri also poured cold water on Willian's departure rumors.

"Of course [he won't leave], because as you know a winger for us is very important.

"I think he can do better because the potential is higher, but he's very important for us, so I think it's impossible to lose him in January.

"I didn't receive anything [about Willian] yesterday [Thursday]. You'll have to ask the club and ask about the market, because if you ask me about the market you put me in trouble because I don't know."

Willian still has 18 months left on his current deal with Chelsea.
