The Swedish striker will cut short his MLS adventure to play with the rossoneri side once the winter transfer window opens.

The "Lion" will have his roar heard once again in the Italian top flight, as Zlatan Ibrahimovic has reportedly signed a deal to leave the MLS to make a shocking comeback to AC Milan.

Earlier today, a report by Goal.com revealed that Ibrahimovic will not honor his deal with the Galaxy, which lasted for two years, with the intention of re-joining the rossoneri side, which he played for between 2010 and 2012.

"Ibra" scored 22 goals in 27 games for the Californian team, which prompted Milan to attempt his signing. The Swedish ace had previously played for Juventus and Inter Milan in the Serie A, scoring 92 goals in over 200 games with Milan's bitter rivals.

The deal is set to be announced in the next few weeks. Ibrahimovic will leave the Galaxy after joining the team in March, where he made an immediate impact, but failed to lead the Californian side to the MLS playoffs on the long run.
