The scoresheet revealed by several reputed journalists shows the amount of points won by each one of the nominees, and judging by those names mentioned in the last few hours, the list seems to be legitimate.

This leak confirms that the dominance of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo is over, as Luka Modric may very well be named as the winner, according to this list. CR7 is set to end the race in second, while Antoine Griezmann is set to finish third. 

As for Lionel Messi, "La Pulga" will allegedly be left out of the podium, with his impressive La Liga season being good enough to finish fifth in the ballot.

As the pic shows, Modric picked up 277 more points than Cristiano Ronaldo. As for Messi, Modric earned 473 more points than the Argentine, which makes us wonder if there can be than much of a difference between the Croatian ace and a player that has been widely regarded as one of the best in history.
