The Spanish center back is being accused of a positive doping charge after the 2017 Champions League final, adding another breach in April 2018.

Once again, Football Leaks has taken a swing at Real Madrid, this time by making Sergio Ramos the center of their accusations.

According to a report by Der Spiegel, which was also published by Spanish-based newspapers Marca and Sport, Real Madrid's captain allegedly tested positive after the 2017 UEFA Champions League final, which Los Blancos took home by beating Juventus 4-1.

This was not the only incident of the sort where Ramos played a major role. The Spaniard allegedly refused to undergo a doping test right after the game between Real Madrid and Málaga in April 2018, asking if he could take a shower first, which is against the rules.

The first incident described in the article was swept under the rug by UEFA, since Real Madrid's doctor apparently took the blame for injecting dexamethasone into Ramos' body. UEFA did not sanction Ramos because Europe's football governing body interpreted that it was a medical decision.

The second incident is yet to be explained, since Ramos breached Spanish anti-doping rules for refusing to take the test right after the game concluded. Needless to say, the controversial Spanish defender has some explaining to do.
