The Argentine footballer had a day to forget against his former team after missing a penalty and being handed a red card.

Gonzalo Higuain's bad luck streak was confirmed today, as the footballer will have to keep away from the football pitch for almost a month.

Following his rant against Juventus, which saw him earn a well-deserved red card for excessive protests, the Argentina international has been sanctioned with a two-match ban, which means that not be around to play for AC Milan until December 9.

Higuain's protests caused the ref to send him off.

Higuain will not remember his first meeting against Juventus fondly, as he missed a penalty kick that would have leveled the game before halftime. Later on, he was booked for a foul, but his protests led the ref to send him off, causing even more fury from the Argentine.

Higuaín will now miss Milan's games against Lazio and Parma. The first one of those games may be crucial for the rossoneri, as both teams are in contention for one of the spots that grant access to the UEFA Champions League.
