The Brazilian footballer will have to work a bit more to pay a multi-millionaire fine imposed to himself and his brother, Roberto de Assis.

One could believe that after playing football for almost 20 years, a footballer should have his financial future resolved. Apparently, that is not Ronaldinho's case, since Brazilian authorities have intervened his bank accounts to reveal some worrying news about the former playmaker.

According to a report by UOL, Ronaldinho's bank accounts were intervened by the Brazilian IRS, so he and his brother could pay a $2.3M fine for their involvement in a real estate project that was built on a preserved area in Porto Alegre. Nevertheless, neither Dinho nor his brother were able to come up with the money, as the former Barcelona superstar had only six euros in his bank account.

To make matters worse, Brazilian authorities decided to take Ronaldinho's passport away, since they believe that his lifestyle is not a reflection of his alleged financial situation.

Ronaldinho was named Barcelona's ambassador throughout the world and is scheduled to play a friendly match on November 17, where one of the teams will be named "Ronaldinho's friends."
