The club president of Juventus is targeting another marquee signing after Cristiano Ronaldo.

Andrea Agnelli, President of Juventus, has reportedly identified Manchester City's Leroy Sane as a transfer target for the Serie A giants. According to Italian tabloid Calciomercato, he "wants to give a young Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus" and has, as a result, tipped the German winger as the forerunner in a shortlist featuring the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

While none of the aforementioned individuals remain available on the market at the moment, Agnelli is believed to be fancying the prospect of bringing Sane to Turin.

The former Schalke O4 starlet was first overlooked by Die Mannschaft manager Joachim Low before their disappointing spell at the 2018 World Cup in Russia and has also been out of favor in Pep Guardiola's side in recent weeks. With an apparent friction existing between the 22-year-old and his boss at the Etihad, Agnelli is aiming at swooping for the player's signature.

Nonetheless, with the Bianconeri splashing out over 100 million euros to bring in Cristiano Ronaldo, an imminent move for Sane is not on the cards. Manchester City is said to have set his valuation at about 150 million euros and Juventus could pursue his signature in the coming seasons.
