EPL Matchday 6: TV Listings, full fixtures including Man Utd vs Wolves

September 21, 2018 By Oscar Rojas
The showdown between two Portuguese coaches in the Premier League steals the show in what should be an entertaining weekend in the English top flight.

Matchday 6 of the Premier League promises to bring emotions to all fans around the world. With Chelsea and Liverpool will have to work extra time to keep their players fit after a busy week in European competitions, which means that both West Ham and Southampton will try to take advantage of their tired legs.

After being shocked by Lyon in the UEFA Champions League, Manchester City will not be allowed any distractions when they visit Cardiff, while fourth-placed Watford will try to get back to winning ways when they visit Fulham.

Match of the Week - Manchester United vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

The first meeting between these teams in over six years will have an interesting ingredient, as Jose Mourinho and Nuno Espiritu Santo face each other in an all-Portuguese-coach matchup. The visitors' good form in their return to the English top flight will try to see them earn their first victory at Old Trafford in the 21st Century. On the other hand, José Mourinho will try to avoid back-to-back losses at home for the first time in his career.

Talk of the weekend - Will Chelsea and Liverpool keep their flawless run?

Both teams walked away with narrow wins from their European clashes this week. Added to that, Chelsea will have to endure their back-and-forth trip to Greece, which will certainly complicate things a bit for Maurizio Sarri's men.
