The Italian manager has employed the same work regime he did at Napoli, and Chelsea players seem to be quite fine with it.

Antonio Conte's working method gave Chelsea immediate results, but his players grew tired of his strict policies during his second season at the helm. Coach Maurizio Sarri came to change that, and his footballers seem to be glad with the approach taken by their new boss.

According to a report by The Sun, Chelsea's new boss is earning a reputation for understanding his players' needs, especially those concerning their families. The former bank employee has used his knowledge to grant his players enough time to spend with their families, which is why the Blues have late training sessions.

This report claims that players such as Willian, Cesc Fabregas and Alvaro Morata have a new sense of love for football thanks to their new boss. Fabregas and Morata seem to be making the most out of this policy, since their wives gave birth recently, and they have been granted enough time to watch their kids grow.

The coach's approach on this matter has to do with his previous job. Sarri spent long hours working in a bank, where he realized the relevance of spending quality time with his family. His players have surely appreciated the gesture, and only time will tell just how successful Chelsea will be this season with this measures taken by their Italian boss.
