The Brazilian ace has been heavily linked with moves to Santiago Bernabeu and Old Trafford.

Willian has been one of the names dominating the transfer rumors recently. The Chelsea attacker has been linked with an array of European elites, with Barcelona reportedly making multiple bids.

The Blaugrana has since signed Malcom and has dropped out of the race, but Real Madrid and Man United continue to be linked with the Blues ace. Now, the player himself has addressed the prospect of leaving Stamford Bridge.

The 29-year-old spoke to Globo Esporte in which he answered questions about his national team. After his Selecao side crashed out of the World Cup in the quarter-finals, the prospect of retiring from international football was brought up.

Willian ruled out hanging his boots and stated he will be starting work with "his club" soon. When asked to clarify that statement, the South American ace issued a statement that will be music to the ears of Blues fans.

"I'm [going] back to England. I'm very happy at Chelsea. I'm very happy living in London," said the former Shakhtar attacker.

This will come as a huge blow to Los Blancos and the Red Devils, two clubs who were eager to acquire the Brazilian's services. Whether they will cease pursuit of Willian remains unknown, however.

Maurizio Sarri will be pleased to hear this from his player. The newly-appointed manager will be tasked with steering Chelsea back into the Champions League while challenging for the Premier League and losing their no.22 would have dented their odds of doing so.
