The Blues are interested in bringing the American prodigy to London.

Chelsea has reportedly open talks with Borussia Dortmund o sign Christian Pulisic, according to Daily Mail. The Stamford Bridge outfit has not been very active in the transfer window this summer and has only secured the services of Jorginho and Rob Green since Maurizio Sarri took over from Antonio Conte.

The London club was said to be interested in signing Juventus duo Rugani and Gonzalo Higuain but negotiations have seemingly stalled in recent times. The latter is on the verge of joining AC Milan whereas a breakthrough is yet to be made in a purported move for the former.

Per the Daily Mail's report, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is leading the negotiations for Pulisic and he has met with the club's director Marina Granovskaia ahead of the talks with Borussia Dortmund. The German club is said to be open to doing business after the American teeanager rejected the offer to extend his contract.

Liverpool is also believed to be interested, however nothing concrete is expected to come from the Reds who have already sanctioned a few marquee signings in this summer's transfer window.
