According to a report by France Football, the new boss decided to befriend staff from the night clubs his stars usually visit, mainly because he wants to know the names of those who follow his rules and the names of those who don't. The report also suggests that this measure was taken due to Neymar and Kylian Mbappé's hard-partying habits.
Tuchel wants to run a tighter ship than the one Unai Emery ran.
Furthermore, the German tactician has also two restaurants that his players like, in order to prevent them from breaking their strict diet. No soft drinks, a very limited amount of pasta and no fast food for PSG's players, according to this report.
The French publication also states that one of the players currently on a strict diet is Dani Alves, who is recovering from a knee injury that forced him to miss the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Tuchel wants to have Alves fit as soon as possible, and preventing him from gaining a few pounds during his recovery process is key.
