Coach Tite will have to reconfigure his squad after the team's medical staff confirmed two injury absences when they face El Tri.

Brazil's last group stage clash against Serbia left fans a bit worried, and coach Tite confirmed today that he won't have his best men around for the Round of 16 clash against Mexico.

Tite was forced to sub Marcelo off inside the first 30 minutes of the game against the European side, and the left back will now join Douglas Costa and Danilo on the sidelines, as none of them will be fit to plauy against El Tri.

Brazil's medical staff blamed a hotel mattress for Marcelo's back injury, and coach Tite admitted that Filipe Luis will be in charge of stopping Mexico's wingmen down the left flank.

"Yes, we have confirmed the starting lineup for tomorrow, the team that finished the last match. So, it's going to be Filipe Luis, not Marcelo," coach Tite stated. "We can't risk our players' health, so even though he told me I could count on him, we're not goint to take any risks," the coach added.
