Zinedine Zidane will have to work overtime to find the replacement for at least one of these footballers.

Despite Wednesday's 2-1 win at Allianz Arena, Real Madrid has reasons to worry for the second leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final clash due to the injuries of two players.

After securing their sixth straight win over the Bavarians, coach Zinedine Zidane found out that neither Isco nor Dani Carvajal will be available for the return leg, set to be played on Tuesday, May 1.

Isco left the game after 45 minutes due to a sprained shoulder. The playmaker is willing to risk his health if needed, but Los Blancos' medical staff will surely let him rest in the second leg, with Marco Asensio being the top candidate to take his place.

The other injury blow for Real Madrid has to do with Dani Carvajal. The Spaniard left the pitch after 60 minutes due to an injury to his left thigh. With further tests to be carried out, Carvajal could be out for at least two weeks, which means he would barely make it in time to play in a hypothetical UEFA Champions League final.

Carvajal's injury may give Zidane a bit of a headache, since the Spaniard's replacement, Achraf Hakimi, hasn't shown his best form when his services have been required. Lucas Vázquez and Nacho, if he can recover from an ankle injury, would be the French boss' options at right back.
