Even David De Gea added his name to the scoresheet with an assist for La Roja's fifth goal against La Albiceleste.

Argentina was handed one of their worst defeats in history as Spain strolled past them in tonight's friendly at Wanda Metropolitano Stadium.

Led by an impressive Isco, the Spanish side cemented their spot as one of the top contenders for the FIFA World Cup, mainly due to Isco's hat-trick. Diego Costa, Iago Aspas and Thiago Alcántara completed the scoring for Spain, as Nico Otamendi made it a little less embarrassing for Argentina with his first-half header.

Isco's name was repeatedly chanted by fans at the Wanda Metropolitano, especially after his second and third goals. The Real Madrid ace scored his first-ever hat-trick, and what a night he chose to do so!

His third goal of the night was a good recap of an evening to remember, as he displayed all the skills that have made him a household name. Have a look.
