The father of the Brazil football sensation has rubbished claims that his son will be on his way out of Paris come this summer.

Rumors of Neymar’s departure from the French side has built up steadily in a few months past with speculations suggesting that he’s unhappy at the club. The 26-year-old forward has subsequently been linked with a move to Real Madrid although recent reports also suggest that he is eyeing a return to Barcelona.

However, the father and agent of the Paris Saint-Germain talisman has refuted claims of his son returning to Spain anytime soon.

"Neymar has a future at PSG," said Neymar Sr. stated categorically, according to Sebastian Vargas Rozo of Sport

The former Barcelona man is currently in Brazil recuperating an injury and only watched from the sideline as his current side was kicked out of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 stage by Real Madrid. President of the French capital club, Al Khelaifi, following the Neymar Sr.'s comments, expressed his desire to see the winger make a quick recovery and join the rest of the squad as soon as possible.

“I am very happy, really motivated and enthusiastic about the idea of [Neymar] returning as soon as possible."
