The talented wingman has been hit hard by injuries, but despite interest from Premier League teams, he will remain loyal to the German outfit.

German international Marco Reus, deemed as one of the most talented players of his generation, will continue playing for Borussia Dortmund, as he put pen to paper to a new deal with the yellow and black side earlier today.

Reus was been sought out by Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks, despite having one more injury-plagued season. The player seems to be back in scintillating form, as he's found the back of the net three times in his four most recent games since returning to the pitch in February.

The club and the player shared the news via Twitter.

Reus' goal, being a World Cup year and all, is to gain enough fitness to be considered by Joachim Löw to play for Die Mannschaft this summer.

"My excitement will grow more and more as we get closer and start playing international games. We will see what decisions the head coach makes - I'm very relaxed though. I will not miss out through injury," the player stated.

The 28-year old has played 195 games for Borussia Dortmund, scoring 92 goals in all competitions. He has also played 29 games for the German National Team, scoring 9 goals and handing out four assists.
