Romelu Lukaku scored Manchester United’s first half leveler in their game at home to Chelsea.
Prior to the start of the game, the Belgian forward had failed to record a single goal against any of the sides occupying the top eight spots in the English Premier League he’s encountered this season. The former Chelsea and Everton man had been unsuccessful after 939 minutes of football action, attempting 21 shots in the process.

However, the 24-year-old striker got his long overdue goal by tapping in a ball from Anthony Martial inside Chelsea’s 18-yard box to bring the game to parity before half time. A  strike by Willian on the 32nd minute gave the Blues a deserved lead after constantly knocking on the door of the Red Devils.

Romelu Lukaku's goal tally in the league season now stands at 13 after 26 games.
