The Special One and the Italian boss entered a war of words in the past few months, but today the Portuguese boss didn't want to add more fuel to that fire.

Seems like Mourinho's days of bashing other teams' coaches have come to an end, as the Special One refused to pick one more fight with Antonio Conte.

Both men traded insults and harsh words this season, but as the game between Chelsea and Manchester United approaches, Mourinho kept his promise about not to re-ignite his feud with the Italian tactician.

"I don't want to speak about it, I'm not going to speak about it. That's not the point. He's a very good manager, a fantastic team and that's what is important for me," Mourinho stated.

The Portuguese boss continued talking about Sunday's showdown, admitting the real reason why these teams need to get three points.

"United and Chelsea have been big matches, and this is one more, but in different circumstances, because many times they were matches for the title and this time I think they have both, us and them, to agree that's not the case. But we play both for top four and it's a big game, independent of what is at stake," the coach added.

Before the press conference concluded, Mourinho referred to his two stints as a Chelsea manager, clearly naming that there are no mixed emotions on his mind about having to face his former club.

"To play against Chelsea will mean less and less and less with the years, so of course I left already a couple of years ago and next season three years ago, so step by step, that feeling of I was the Chelsea manager or I was their manager for them I think disappears, so the real meaning of it is that we are two of the best teams in England, two of the biggest clubs playing one match," The Special One said.

Manchester United sits three points above Chelsea in the race to finish among the top four teams in the English Premier League.
