Preview

Both Bayern and Besiktas are on impressive runs domestically. The visitors come into this game currently unbeaten in 37 home matches in the Turkish Super League, which stretches all the way back to November 2015. They've also reached the Turkish Cup semi-finals by beating Osmanlıspor in the last 16 and Gençlerbirliği SK in the quarter-finals, so at the very least, a domestic double is within reach.

Meanwhile, Bayern, of course, are cruising along in the Bundesliga without much trouble and are looking good to clinch the DFB-Pokal after crushing third-tier side Paderborn 6-0 in the quarter-finals; next up for them will be Bayer Leverkusen in the semi-finals.

However, for die Roten, the Treble is their ultimate goal after failing to reach the final since 2013. Jupp Heynckes has welcomed back most of his squad, save for Manuel Neuer, as Kingsley Coman has reportedly recovered from an illness. By contrast, however, the visitors will be missing Kavlak, Atınç, Gökhan Töre,  and Tošić.
