The likes of Aubameyang, Giroud, Batshuayi, and Mahrez could be switching clubs on Deadline Day.

Today is transfer deadline day! The January window enters its final day, with everything scheduled to shut close at 15:00 ET / 23:00 GMT – in the Bundesliga it is 9:00 ET / 17:00 GMT.

With the clock ticking on clubs to complete their business in time, several reports are flooding the headlines. Here, we give you the top rumors and their chances of being true.

Aubameyang to Arsenal

Odds of this deal happening: It’s pretty much done.

Why: Thousands of Arsenal fans stalked his flight to London, and then there is this:

Rating: He’ll add much-needed firepower to Wenger’s attack. Plus, a partnership with Mkhitaryan and Ozil already has Gooners drooling.

Giroud to Chelsea

Odds of this deal happening: He’s set to do his medical.

Why: There were the rumors, Wenger pretty much confirmed it on Tuesday, and then there was this moment at the Liberty Stadium:

Rating: This should be a good deal for Conte’s side. Giroud is 31, but he has Premier League experience and is hungry for goals. He is the quick-fix the Blues need for a bargain price.

Michy Batshuayi to Dortmund

Odds of this deal happening: Only formalities remain.

Why: A picture of his BVB medical has leaked on Twitter

Rating: Batshuayi has big shoes to fill. Aubameyang is an elite scorer but the Belgian has not even been the best striker at Chelsea. Nonetheless, he has shown hunger and desire.

Mahrez to Man City

Odds of this deal happening: We guess it’s fifty-fifty.

Why: Man City needs cover for Leroy Sane who is set for a spell on the sidelines. The Daily Mail claims  Guardiola’s side has made two bids for the Algerian, but Leicester wants close to $141m for Mahrez.

What was that Pep said about having to work under a budget again?

Rating: Riyad would definitely add quality to the Citizens, but then again, the league leader is not short of it. That asking price is hefty, but Mahrez is reportedly doing everything he can to force the move.

Jonny Evans or David Luiz to Arsenal

Odds of this deal happening: Do not hold your breath.

Why: The Luiz-Giroud swap was a rumor that quickly died down. Additionally, Pardew is confident Evans will remain with West Brom until, at least, the end of the season.
