The Uruguayan striker was involved in yet another controversy with the Brazilian ace over a penalty against Dijon last Wednesday.

Neymar's signing with PSG brought a new deal of problems for PSG, and it seems like Edinson Cavani has had enough of it.

During his earlier years with the club, Cavani was demoted to the wings so Zlatan Ibrahimovic could shine as the team's center forward. With the Swedish ace gone, Cavani became the team's reference up front, but along came Neymar and everything changed.

One more chapter was added to the book of controversies between the two aces last Wednesday, with the Brazilian ace allegedly refusing to let Cavani take a penalty. That penalty would have made Cavani the team's all-time top scorer, and apparently that's the final insult the Uruguayan will take from Neymar and the club.

According to Corriere Dello Sport, Cavani has asked to leave the club this summer, unable to click with the Brazilian ace. The player would be keen on returning to Italy, where Juventus have shown interest in having him around for quite some time now.

Even with these rumors circling PSG's camp, coach Unai Emery ruled out any dispute between the two strikers, while admitting that Neymar may not be aware of what that penalty could have meant for Cavani.

"He's developed his skills during his time here, and I can see he's happy here. He's one of our senior players, and signing a contract extension with us has to tell you something," Emery stated.

While we wait for the Uruguayan's decision, PSG will face Olympique Lyon in one of the hottest games of the weekend.
