Sunday sees Arsenal travel to Chelsea in a highly-anticipated London derby. The Gunners have a poor record at Stamford Bridge, but have beaten the Blues in their last two meetings – the FA Cup final and the Community Shield.
As a result, an exciting showdown is expected. Unfortunately for the Gunners, their odds of winning have been rocked by an injury. The north London outfit will have to put an end to their winless run at Chelsea without star playmaker Mesut Ozil.
Although there has not been any official confirmation of the player’s absence, injury looks to keep him on the sidelines this Sunday. The World Cup winner missed the Europa League win on Thursday and could now watch this game on TV.

Wenger was initially hopeful of having both Ozil and Ramsey, both of which had injury issues, back in the squad for Sunday. The Welshman rejoined the first-team for training, which means he is clear to feature, but Mesut trained alone and away from the squad.
This leaves Le Prof with a few options. The Frenchman could put Alexis Sanchez in the playmaker role, as the Chilean has great vision to assist Lacazette and Welbeck. Wenger could also stick Ramsey in that position and partner Xhaka with Elneny to protect the defenders from Chelsea’s fearsome attack.
