Although the Primeira Liga title will remain in Benfica's hands for another term, there is still plenty to play for. Porto have guaranteed themselves an automatic spot in next season's Champions League, whilst Sporting CP fell by the wayside, but are definitely set to finish in third.
However, at the opposite end of the table, there is a small battle brewing. Moreirense and Tondela are just one point apart, in 16th and 17th respectively. That means that one of these two will be heading down to the second tier, alongisde already-relegated Nacional.
But who will it be? A win for Tondela will see them escape, as they will move to 32 points. A draw will not likely be enough, however. Meanwhile, victory for Moreirense will ensure they remain afloat for another term. Portuguese football fans will be watching this round with interest, and it will be a very nervous 90 minutes for supporters of those two clubs.
