The Monaco sensation is on everyone's radar, but Los Blancos are ready to flex their financial muscles.

Kylian Mbappe is the 18-year-old Monaco sensation on everyone’s radar, but Real Madrid are ready to flex their financial power in order to beat the competition. According to L’Equipe, club president Florentino Perez is ready to splash £85m on the French teenager.

Los Blancos aren’t the only club interested in Mbappe. Barca are rumored to be in the mix, but the Blaugrana won’t break the bank on a player unlikely to oust Messi, Neymar, or Suarez. Man United and Man City are also interested, but are hesitant to meet the club’s high demands.

With presidential elections due soon at Santiago Bernabeu, Perez is ready to make a splash in the transfer market to cement his hold on the club. Florentino has identified the Ligue 1 starlet as the ideal target, and is ready to spend big bucks.

Mbappe made history in the Champions League, become the first player to score in all four of his first knockout stage games. The 18-year-old found the back of the net both home and away in the Man City and Borussia Dortmund match-ups.

With 13 goals in Ligue 1, Mbappe is inches away from lifting the league crown with Monaco. On Wednesday, the striker will need to be at his best when they face PSG in the Coupe de France semi-final
