Neither the Swedish ace nor Manchester United have revealed the amount of time Zlatan will need to recover from his gruesome knee injury.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has a request for football fans around the world: don't rule him out just yet.

The Swedish striker admitted he's facing a long spell away from the pitch after picking up a knee injury on Thursday. Nevertheless, the former PSG and Barcelona footballer vowed to return "stronger than ever", but he chose not to reveal how much time he'll spend recovering or the name of the team where he'll pick up his playing career.

Zlatan's contract with Manchester United ends with this season, and while the team's execs were negotiating to keep him around, this injury could give them second thoughts about whether to have him around for another term or not.
