Before Real Madrid's training session on Thursday, Los Blancos' president Florentino Pérez presented Cristiano Ronaldo a conmemorative shirt with the inscription "100 European goals". the meeting ended with a warm embrace between the Spanish tycoon and CR7, who shared his thoughts on the new milestone.
"Yesterday was very special. I'm really happy about it. I want to thank the club for giving me the opportunity to enjoy a long and prosperous career here, and I also want to thank my team-mates and coaches for all their support," Cristiano Ronaldo told the team's website.

Speaking about what's next for Los Blancos, Cristiano Ronaldo seems confident about the team's chances of success.
"April seemed to be quite a tough, crucial month. But I see the team fully focused. Our coach has done an excellent job managing the squad, and we're ready for the final stretch," the player concluded.
Real Madrid hosts Bayern Munich on Tuesday, where they will be looking to secure their spot in the semi-final stage of the UEFA Champions League.
