Liverpool forward Philippe Coutinho scored the opening goal for the Reds against Stoke City at the Bet365 stadium on April 8. The goal was more than just a response to Jonathan Walter's opener for the visitors.
Coutinho's goal was his 30th in 133 appearances for the Merseyside club in the Premier League. That makes him the highest goal-scoring Brazilian in the English league.
