Although Juventus have a seemingly insurmountable lead as the Bianconeri chase an unprecedented sixth straight Scudetto, there is still plenty of time to go between now and May. Serie A - Matchday 30 overview
Juventus and Napoli will be getting to know each other quite well over the next few days. The Bianconeri and the Partenopei first lock horns in what will be a tense Sunday clash, before meeting again in the Coppa Italia semi-finals second leg just a few days later. As things stand, La Vecchia Signora are eight points clear of second-placed Roma, who will be hoping to cut that lead to five as they take on Empoli on Saturday.
It's a close race for second, with Napoli sitting two points behind the Lupi. Meanwhile, further below the table, Lazio, Inter, Atalanta, and AC Milan are also locked in a very close race for a spot in the Europa League. The Aquile sit in fourth ahead of their away trip against a Sassuolo side desperate to get back to winning ways after going four games sans a victory. As for the Nerazzurri, they will wrap up this round with a battle against Sampdoria on Monday, and will be looking to put some distance between themselves and Atalanta, who are tied with them on 55 points.
La Dea were humiliated 7-1 by Inter before the international break, but rebounded well and now face Genoa on Sunday afternoon, whilst the Rossoneri travel to clash with relegation candidates Pescara in a must-win tie for Vincenzo Montella's side.
