Another round of the English Premier League has gone by. Although two games were postponed due to the League Cup final, which Man United won, seven thrilling matches were played – with one set to take place tonight.
Only two of the top six clubs – Chelsea and Tottenham – have played so far, with both London outfits winning their ties. The league leaders won 3-1 against Swansea, whilst Spurs washed away the memory of their Europa League exit with a 4-0 thrashing of Stoke.
After 26 games, Chelsea maintain a healthy 10-point lead
Harry Kane enters the Tottenham history books
On Sunday, Tottenham took on Stoke City with the aim of redeeming themselves after their Europa League round of 32 exit. Harry Kane endured a disappointing night, scoring an own goal to send his team packing.
The Englishman, however, made up for it in fashion over the weekend, scoring a first half hat-trick – his fourth three-goal haul for Spurs. As a result, Kane has moved ahead of two Tottenham icons.

Lukaka also set a goalscoring feat
Everyone knows Lukaku is light years ahead in the goalscoring department for his age. Since leaving Chelsea, the Everton forward has been center stage at the Toffees, netting for fun.
The Belgian forward found the back of the net in the 2-0 win over Sunderland, a goal which saw him move level with Duncan Ferguson as the club’s highest Premier League scorer. And Lukaku is only 23.
