Chelsea are reaping from their decision to snatch Pedro on his way to Man Utd in the summer of 2015.

Pedro Rodriguez was on target for Chelsea in the 72nd minute as the Blues cruised to a 3-1 win over Swansea at the Bridge. The Saturday league clash saw the hosts extend their lead at the top of the table to 11 points.

There is no doubt that Pedro, in particular, is one of the most improved players at the club this season. The former Barcelona man has been instrumental to the Blues' stability at the top of the league following a rather hot and cold 2015/16.

At a time like this last season, the winger had scored seven league goals in 29 appearances for the 2014/15 league champions, and had a shot accuracy of 43%, according to sports data mining company Squawka. This season, he has already found the back of the net seven times in the league in 23 appearances, six games less than what he needed to score seven goals last season.

And the Bridge has been his main hunting ground this season

Manchester United were on the verge of signing the Spaniard in the summer of 2015 but he made a dramatic u-turn to the Stamford Bridge. And now Conte's men are reaping from the much-publicized coup as they are on their way to winning the league this season.
