The USA have a pretty impressive record vs Jamaica on home soil. Out of their 14 meetings, the Yanks have won 10, lost once and drawn thrice against the Reggae Boyz. That one defeat occurred in the last meeting between the two nations ; a 2-1 defeat in the CONCACAF semi-finals on July 22, 2015.

Jones had been recalled by LA Galary ahead of the new season, while Kljestan, on the other hand, took a temporary leave in preparation for the birth of his child. The two players started in MNT's draw with Serbia last Sunday.

Match forecast
Jamaica are a weaker opposition (on paper) compared to Serbia if the latest FIFA rankings are anything to go by (Jamaica 77th place, Serbia 45th). But the Caribbean nation cannot be underestimated. In fact, they are more solid and conversant with each other compared to USMNT, who are still in the early stages of rebuilding their team under the new boss. All said and done, we expect a thrilling game here with both sides aiming to make a bold statement at the end of 90 minutes.
